and i got hady’s version of berserah already. hahaha.

immediately, i took out a pack of maggi and noted the different packaging. thought nothing of it, and proceeded to boil some water in a small pot. tore open the seasoning packets, and emptied the contents into the pot. to my shock, i saw GREEN STUFF FLOATING IN IT. omg. MAGGI SEASONING NOW HAS VEGETABLES. die. anyway, damage control was in order. told the sister to go down and get a pack of the normal maggi for me. hur hur. the vegetable laden maggi, i gave it to rini.

so today’s lunch date was fun. we went to fish&co, and had a feast. saw a side of my boss which i’ve never seen before. at the table, we were playing this thing where we all had to introduce ourselves and tell everybody something which they did not know(yet) about us. i suck at this kind of game, and i just went, “uhm, i’m afraid of cats?” hahahahaha. but they’re really fun ppl, though not very helpful. hahahaha.

can’t wait for tmr, cause it means thursday will be nearer and THAT MEANS HOLIDAY. I AM ON LEAVE ON FRIDAY, LONG WEEKEND FOR ME. I LOVE LONG WEEKENDS. HAHAHAHAHA.

had a working lunch, and my boss reassured me that there would be more of such lunches in the future. working lunch basically means, the team, having takeaway food and having discussions in his room. now, why am i so happy again? =) anyway, there were really long discussions and explanations where he laid out everything for me and explained it in detail to me. just to give me a feel of the organizational structure in the first place. one thing bad though, there’s nobody helpful in the team. i had to setup my own email, do an id transfer all on my own and pitied the new executive so much that i offered to help him set up his lan ids and email when he received cold stares and curt replies from my predecessor. so poor thing. i know how he felt, and for that alone, i am so thankful that i didn’t have that kind of treatment from the people in icss.

5.45pm came, and i rushed upstairs to the 21st level to help out my replacement in icss. poor girl, thrown into it all. but she’s doing alright, at least i think i’ve taught her right. and those that she is not so sure about, i’ve assured her that she can call or email me anytime.  i don’t want her to be bullied.

there are grand master plans for me in msi, and i’m looking forward to them, once i’ve settled down with the basics. just one thing though, i really hope that they’ll stop treating me like i’m retarded or slow. like hello, i can do vlookup okayy? you all can’t even switch screens using the keyboard. (btw, its alt + tab). but, it’s just one day, maybe they don’t want to stress me out or something. my boss is going to be on leave from the 21st onwards, and i really want to take leave as well. only on the 21st that is. i want to rest, after the madness that is hari raya.

i’ve got a 4-year old kid’s birthday party on saturday, and then i’ve got a few errands to run on sunday as well. maybe i’m gg jb. =) mcdonalds chicken time again! aniwae, shk is backk. i can’t wait for my wristlet. *hyperventilates* the kenduri is on next tuesday, and i can’t wait for it to happen. because the uhm, guest-of-honor is me. huahuahuahaua.

p.s : was talking to fdr when they announced the results to asian idol. and ironically, 3mins before the winner was revealed, i was saying that it would take a miracle for hady to win. and a miracle happened. masin jugak mulut aku.

mummy is adamant cause she doesnt want the daddy(and me) to watch tv 24/7 and go blind, or rather she doesn’t want us to neglect her for soccer.

BUT it’s damn important can. liverpool & man u eh! its the do-or-die match.

me and fdr are going to be enemies for the next 90mins. lucky him. got cable at home.

currently addicted to 3 doors down’s “landing in london”. been listening to it ever since andy sung it at b&j.

today has been pretty slack so far. just resting so that i can gather enough energy when tomorrow comes. (MY NEW JOB). been on the net since eleven, and now my dad’s being pretty irritating. ARGH. i just want to scream.

ok, i want to go get donuts. byebye everybody.  ok no, i didn’t get donuts.

wasted the whole day sleeping in, and thinking of it. thinking of my new job. how will i handle it? will i get into trouble if i don’t learn in time?

i know i learn pretty fast, but i was wondering whether the stuff that i’m going to do is more complicated than what i currently do. with almost a 60% pay rise, it should be loads worse than i’m doing now right? i need something sweet.

so, my weekend was pretty much done. overr. a new day tmr. *exhales* im going to get bubble tea now.

split up around 4pm, fdr was meeting some ppl, and i went to meet yazid. plan was to meet at ang mo kio, then take the train down to woodlands to listen to some of his songs. and ehem, to help with songwriting. ah, wth. hahahah. so when i finally reached at 5pm, yazid msg-ed to say he had to go back to work for a while. and since the zzz monster was already taking over me, i took a train back to eunos, and home. =) i didn’t grumble, as i usually do when i take the train, but i must say the long train ride was therapeutic. =)

finally reached home around 6.15, and the dad was already home. had a little talk, and since then i’ve been glued to the pc. and i finally saw light at the end of the tunnel. this was what it was down to. this is what it has come down to.
